Accommodation Terms and Conditions
Risks of Working Farm Activities
By booking you understand and acknowledge that:
1. Beermullah is a farm and farms are inherently dangerous. Strictly no approaching animals or sheds.
2. Supervision of children on our farm is the responsibility of the parent/guardian and no responsibility will be taken in this regard.
3. Wildlife is always present on our farm, it is just a matter of whether you see them or not. Please watch where you are walking and stay on the paths where possible.
Booking and Payment
4. The property is let to you for the period stated in your booking confirmation. You agree to not sublet or assign the property or any part of it. Extensions are subject to availability and approval by the property owner.
5. The maximum number of persons that may be accommodated at the property is specified in your booking confirmation. Excess persons will be required to vacate the property or a pro rata charge may apply if discussed prior.
6. There is a strict no party and no functions policy unless prior express written approval is granted by the property owner.
Bond/Security Deposit and Property Damage
7. No guest may remove any of the furniture or effects from the property and will be liable for any furniture or effects damaged or missing from the property. Furniture must be returned to its original position.
8. Beermullah Beef has the authority to deduct monies from the security deposit or credit card to remedy any damage, excess cleaning, missing items, excess utilities caused by the visitor, or to invoice the visitor by email, fax or post for immediate payment.
Liability & Rental Guarantee
9. You agree to indemnify Beermullah Beef from any claim of loss of personal effects or financial damage direct or indirect whatsoever incurred by you in your booking.
10. Visitors must leave the property in an appropriate condition.
General Conduct
11. Visitors must not smoke or vape within the shed or a de-odorising fee will apply.
12. Visitors please report to Sally Calder any repairs required or damage done.
13. Pets are not permitted.
Right to inspect the Property and re-enter the Property
14. The property owner has the right to inspect the property during the booking period subject to reasonable prior notice being given, unless the property owner has reasonable grounds to believe that the property is being damaged or at risk, or if the visitor breaches any term of this agreement.
Arrival, Departure & Keys & Lock Outs
15. Guests will be emailed directions and instructions to enter the farm 2 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation by the Property Manager
16. In the unlikely instance that the shearing shed is withdrawn, Beermullah Beef will offer a full refund.
Privacy and General Law
17. Beermullah Beef will not share your personal information with any third party, unless it is required to complete your booking, provide services to you, or settle your account.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
18. Cancellations 10 days or more before the booked date will incur a 10% admin fee. After that no refund can be provided.
19. No refunds will be given where the cancellation is made after the commencement of the accommodation period.
